Featured YouTube Channels: Daily Max and Chris Lewis – For Food, Travel, and Heartwarming Conversations

Daily Max and Chris Lewis are two YouTube channels but since these two besties roam the globe together and are often seen in each others’ videos, I couldn’t not feature them together.

While I am hooked to their India’s street food videos, these American men have also covered Pakistan, Nepal, Vietnam, and China. I am not sure if they have covered any other countries as well because I am busy binge-watching their India series.

What do I love the most about their videos?

They way they befriend people – their Hindi and of course, their love for chole bhature, masala dosa, chai, and everything an Indian adores when it comes to food. I love it when they sit in the 5-star and often miss roadside delicacies or compare the price, quantity, and taste with street food.

That’s the truth! No matter how much hygiene you talk about, pani puri will never taste the best in a 5 star or 7 star hotel. Similarly, vada pav cannot taste good if it’s not eaten straight out of the kadhai on a roadside thela.

These American guys give you the ‘Indian at Heart’ vibes so strong that the viewers simply cannot avoid falling in love with their content.

If you still haven’t stumbled upon their channels and are planning to start binge-watching their videos, here are some of my favourites – you can start with these:

  1. 10,000 Calorie challenge on PURE INDIAN STREET FOOD
  2. $1000 Taj Mahal Palace
  3. Kadhi Chawal owners won’t let Foreigner’s pay
  4. First time trying a 44+ dish Punjabi Thali
  5. I went to Cyber City in Delhi to eat at a Dhaba

CHRIS LEWIS

  2. $250 Marine Drive seaview hotel in Mumbai
  3. $60 five-course Indian tasting menu in Delhi

If you love their content and want to subscribe to their channels, then if you observe the above list of videos, for Chris at least, two channels are active – Chris Lewis and Chris Mix Lewis. You can go explore both the channels. For McFarland, it’s Daily Max.
